ETAP Fuel Voucher Promotion: Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2023, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all residents of Nigeria who:
a) Are aged 18 years or over.
b) Purchase a comprehensive insurance policy through ETAP before 31 December 2023.
c) Maintain an active ETAP account during the Promotion Period.
3. Promotion Details
3.1. Eligible participants will receive a fuel voucher worth up to N100,000, based on the type of insurance policy purchased.
3.2. Fuel vouchers will be credited to participants' ETAP accounts within 7 business days following the policy purchase.
4. Voucher Redemption
4.1. Fuel vouchers are redeemable at any participating fuel station across Nigeria.
4.2. To redeem, participants must present their voucher to the fuel station attendant at the time of purchase.
4.3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
5. Limitation of Liability
ETAP shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of the fuel vouchers once issued.
6. General Conditions
6.1. ETAP reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. In case of any dispute, the decision of ETAP shall be final and conclusive.
6.3. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Restrictions
7.1. Fuel vouchers are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7.2. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
7.3. Use of the fuel voucher for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to sale or transfer, may result in disqualification from the promotion.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by ETAP for the administration of this promotion and for future marketing purposes, in compliance with Nigerian data protection laws.
9. Additional Provisions
9.1. Availability of fuel is subject to stock levels at participating stations.
9.2. Fuel vouchers must be used in a single transaction; no remaining balance will be carried forward.
9.3. Any applicable taxes or charges arising from the redemption of the voucher will be borne by the recipient.
9.4. Participants must abide by all relevant laws and regulations.
9.5. ETAP reserves the right to take legal action against any participant found to be in breach of these terms.
